This place has the best tea flavored ice cream and mint ice cream that my fiancé and I have ever tasted! We have agreed that we will have to come back, even when we move away from Newberg! Their ice cream and amazing waffle cones are incredibly delicious!
I only worked in McMinnville for a week, but I avoided the hwy home and stopped here TWICE to buy pints. I've also had Salt & Straw in Portland twice, and I'd take Cream NW any day over S&S. And not just because it's an ice cream shop inside the coziest coffee shop/slash bookstore on the cutest main street (I seriously entertained pitching a blanket tent in the front corner by the window and practiced refusing to leave when I would inevitably be asked to).

This place is super cool. Cream Northwest is inside of a sleepy bookstore tucked away in downtown Newberg. We tried three different ice creams; vanilla custard, wild blackberry and pistachio honey. All of them were fantastic. Will go back again!Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Parking: 20 spots between Dominoes pizza and Chapters bookstore where Cream Northwest is located.
