This place is super cool. Cream Northwest is inside of a sleepy bookstore tucked away in downtown Newberg. We tried three different ice creams; vanilla custard, wild blackberry and pistachio honey. All of them were fantastic. Will go back again!Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Parking: 20 spots between Dominoes pizza and Chapters bookstore where Cream Northwest is located.

This place has the best tea flavored ice cream and mint ice cream that my fiancé and I have ever tasted! We have agreed that we will have to come back, even when we move away from Newberg! Their ice cream and amazing waffle cones are incredibly delicious!

I only worked in McMinnville for a week, but I avoided the hwy home and stopped here TWICE to buy pints. I've also had Salt & Straw in Portland twice, and I'd take Cream NW any day over S&S. And not just because it's an ice cream shop inside the coziest coffee shop/slash bookstore on the cutest main street (I seriously entertained pitching a blanket tent in the front corner by the window and practiced refusing to leave when I would inevitably be asked to).
This is a cute shop and a great idea. Part bookstore, part coffee shop and part ice cream. I believe they make their own ice cream?, some pretty unique flavors. I saw a strawberry basil, chrysanthemum tea, etc. Average prices for the type of shop. Service was great, the girl working was very sweet and quirky. Glad they're open late!

Best ice cream place ever. Very good ice cream and you just can't beat the fresh warm waffle cone that's made when you order. The staff is very friendly and makes good recommendations. We will be going back for sure

Ice cream outstanding (had chocolate in a fresh waffle cone this time, usually fruit flavors are my go to or green matcha). Flavors on point, nice consistency. Staff not so much. I am a regular customer because of the quality of the icecream but find most staff not caring what they do. Example: Two employees behind the counter chatting and checking phone rather than focusing on customers; I almost walked out again as I thought the shop was closed given they loudly talked about tips for the day: an acknowledgment that I was there, letting me know that they would help me soon would have been nice. Experience consistent with other visits.

A special treat, especially on a hot summer day! We had a waffle cone and waffle bowl. One had Banana Pudding & Chocolate + Stuff. The bowl had a split scoop of Basil + Berries & Sour Cream + Strawberries. Delish!! I will be dreaming of this creamery!Plus, it is a perk that it is inside Chapters Coffee Tea and Bookshop! It is the Trifecta!

This is the absolute best ice cream I've ever had in my life. Beats Salt & Straw by a long shot. We drive 30 minutes for Cream's ice cream and made-to-order waffle cones. We love it so much that we buy pints to take home! My favorite flavors are blackberry, sour cream & strawberries, and boysenberry cheesecake. Don't change a thing, Cream! Except maybe start a loyalty program for your crazy fans. ?
