“We found Juanita's Cafe while looking for a good breakfast. We are from Michigan so we knew nothing of the area. We came back to eat at Juanita's every day while in town and even made it our last stop as we headed out of town to continue on our travels. We were so fortunate to meet the owner... Juanita. Juanita's cafe is clean and has the cutest little outdoor seating area. Each visit we ordered different items and each was so tasty. The sauces are all made in house and we bought some to take with us because we found it hard to leave town after eating here and meeting Jaunita. Great food, great service, highly recommended. “It was so fun to go back in the Pirate’s Den. Thanks to all those who are keeping that small-town staple going. I got the breakfast burrito and cinnamon roll. I liked the large amount of cheese on the burrito. I wish it would have come with some salsa because the potatoes were a little dry by 9:30 am. The cinnamon roll icing and filling were great and I liked the to-go style packaging.”

“We had an okay experience - we did the cellar, not upstairs so this is only about that. We sat at the bar and honestly did not feel like we were at a 5 star place- i understand it was the lounge and not the restaurant which was the atmosphere we wanted but it felt very underwhelming. The food was good, but it did not blow us away. If you are in the area and looking for something high end, you may enjoy it, but i wouldn’t go out of my way to go here.”

“Great ambience. We sat in a nice patio in the back. Service was also fantastic. Food is great, although their desserts need some work. In general a 4.5/5. Favorite dish of the night was the cacio e Pepe.”

“A shout out to Graham at Stumptown Taps! We had a group event there last night and it went super smooth. Reserving tables was easy. Although they don't serve food, you can bring in your own, or there are great options in the same parking lot (and some will bring your order to you -Taco Fuego does for sure) Their beer selection is great, and has unique options you don't see in stores. A big perk for beer nerds like me. Convenient for a group as you order individually at the counter, so everyone can close out when they want without the complication of splitting bills at the table. Also, a comfortable atmosphere to go solo too. If you haven't stopped in yet, you should! I will definitely be back!”

“This place has been recommended by my friends several times and I finally had the chance to visit it last weekend. The experience was great. We were greeted by friendly staffs and explained in detail with the items we were interested in and how to cook them. We took penne pasta and cacio pepe sauce back home and the ingredients were top-notch and fresh that you can taste. Would definitely come back for more.”

“Kate’s has a reputation for great food, but her service is next level for a food truck! I came at a busy time, so she took my order and I ran another errand. She sent me text updates to keep me updated on when our order would be ready, and when she saw me pull in, she walked my food out and loaded it in the car for me. She even followed up later to make sure we enjoyed our food… which also exceeded expectations! Highly recommend!”

“Bubble Bear was a great find on a random stop in Newberg. Thought we just getting bubble tea and smoothies, and was pleasantly surprised by a variety of sweet and savory waffle combinations. Resisted the chicken and waffles and went for the bacon and waffles which came with sausage and sliced avocado. The waffles were perfect: fluffy and semisweet. The ladies were super friendly and we appreciated the great service. Will definitely remember this place.”

“We were at Humble Spirit last night and were blown away by our meal . We started with the meatballs and veggie platter, we had the pasta, chicken and the daily special of duck. Every one of the meals was absolutely divine !! The pasta is by far one of the best pasta dishes I have ever eaten. I highly recommend you try Humble Spirit !”
