Had one of the best fish dishes of my life. Wife had the pork and she loved it. Staff was absolutely amazing. Drinks were also top notch. Definitely can’t wait to go back!
Thistle was an amazing find my wife and I discovered this evening. Small and cozy but amazing food off of a relatively small menu. Best of all were the drinks curated by Alice! The Cold Brew Martini is out of this world, and the others we tried were exceptional! If you are in McMinnville, please dine here.

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and every interaction was marked by kindness. Popular dishes like the Strip Loin steak, cooked perfectly to medium, and the Steak Tartare are highly praised. The restaurant is small and does not take reservations, so arriving early is recommended to avoid waits. The small menu changes frequently, with dishes such as steak, gnocchi, a fish entree, and other proteins, along with several smaller plates.
