Had one of the best fish dishes of my life. Wife had the pork and she loved it. Staff was absolutely amazing. Drinks were also top notch. Definitely can’t wait to go back!
Thistle was fantastic. The bar had an amazing local vibe, and both the drinks and food were excellent. It was a highlight of my evening in McMinnville.
The food was fantastic. We had a simple but delicious salad, an incredible steak tartare, halibut cooked to perfection and kept simple and tagliatelle with arabiatta sauce that was out of this world! We had a reservation and were seated immediately. We found out our waiter was the owner which makes perfect sense as he introduced the place with love and served with care. Quiet and quaint. No AC though so beware if you have sensitive diners. Would strongly recommend!
