Serendipity Ice Cream Reviews
Very good ice cream!
Ice cream and Brownie was very good and the atmosphere is off the charts if you like old fashioned decor. I love it 🥰
Quite a small space with limited seating but great service. Very generous servings, staff is very friendly and the shop is very clean. Product is great and while we are not often in town we would definitely return and recommend.

Serendipity Ice Cream is a charming small-town ice cream shop with a classic, old-school vibe. The shop features a self-playing piano, which adds to its nostalgic atmosphere and has been a favorite among customers. They serve a variety of ice cream flavors, including salted caramel and Tillamook, which are delicious and affordable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming environment. Customers often enjoy large servings and creative sundaes like the brownie sundae/"Serendipity Surprise," which includes two scoops of moose tracks or cookie dough or cookies and cream, along with vanilla, fudge, caramel, peanut chunks, Reese's peanut butter cups, and M&M's. The shop is also friendly to people of color and offers gluten-free cones, appreciated by those with dietary restrictions.
Although some customers have noted that regular ice cream is good but not out of this world, they love the relaxing, clean, and safe atmosphere in the historical building. The player piano and old light fixtures contribute to the overall charm. While the aesthetic could use some upgrades, Serendipity Ice Cream remains a delightful spot for a sweet treat, perfect for strolling along 3rd Street in McMinnville. The aroma of freshly made waffle cones wafts outside, drawing in passersby, making it a great place to enjoy a snack and hang out.
