In general I do enjoy this place as a nice ice cream spot, but please be aware their matcha latte may not be quite what you expect. I’m a frequent matcha drinker, I’ve never had a matcha latte /anywhere/ else that was anything other than some combination of matcha powder and milk, but the one I got today included coffee. Odd combination, definitely not what I expected, and it certainly wasn’t written anywhere that that surprise addition would make its way into the drink? While the staff member was kind enough to make it for me cold instead of hot upon request, she seemed generally confused about what she was doing, and initially gave me just their version of the matcha latte, and not the matcha latte special I had ordered from their employee creations board. I had to prompt her to add the ice cream offered in the description on the board. Altogether the drink wasn’t necessarily bad, just very strange, and not what I, or anyone else I know, would expect of a matcha latte.

It's the cutest little small town ice cream shop. They have a piano that plays music. You can feel the history. They serve blue bunny and Tillamook ice cream. I love the salted caramel ice cream.

We popped in while visiting mcminnville this last Saturday and our experience was not the best. Our initial reaction was that the staff on hand that night were very unkind and seemed to have a "i'm better then you attitude". After ordering and going to sit down we noticed that not only was the over all shop messy, but the tables were very sticky and not clean. The ice cream itself was satisfactory but my partner noticed when the employees closed the ice cream case, small black flecks of something (i'm guessing dirt or mold) fell into the ice cream, which alone made me lose appetite. In a historic building like that the sight was not reassuring, I personally will not be visiting again.

Ice cream shop with a classic/old school vibe. They had Tillamook ice cream which was delicious. Additionally there is a self playing piano in there which is really cool and fun to see.Kid-friendliness: They had a self playing piano!

We love Serendipity. There's a big enough selection that everyone can find something that they like. The portions are generous and the staff are always polite and helpful. It's become one of my grandsons and my favorite places to go together.There's not a lot of seating, but it's on 3rd Street. There's plenty of places to walk and enjoy your ice cream on the way.

Very kind staff, even offered a free junior scoop of ice cream for my son whose birthday it was! Yummy ice cream and homemade baked goodies! Wonderful, clean, well kept up, old fashioned architecture & decor-love the player piano and horse drawn carriage rides just outside! Highly recommend this place!
