“I am a vegetarian so please keep that in mind.I think this is the best tasting food I have found to date in the state or Oregon. I am originally from California, which has amazing restaurants of all types of cuisine’s. So moving to Oregon in 2019 I have been searching for a Mexican restaurant that compares to restaurants in California and I have just found it.The only complaint was from my friend who was with me who said the chicken was a little dry. But all the rest of the food we had was absolutely amazing. It’s a small restaurant that only has around 10 tables. The prices are very reasonable. They hand all the food here as far as I could tell and the pupusas’s here are the best I have ever had. Rice and beans are on point and not too salty. I will be returning here and my waistline will not be thanking me for it.FYI it is not letting me post any pics for this review. I will try to add some again soonVegetarian options: Veggie burrito is really good”
“Visiting Woodburn, we were looking for good home-style breakfast at a non-chain restaurant. Country Cottage was perfect! Easily found in the country club/senior center building, the entry is a little bit awkward. However, the dining area with view of the golf course from every table and the rustic chic decor make for a charming setting. We enjoyed a delicious meal-hubby said the blueberry pancakes were divine! Service was friendly and some of the regular locals made us feel welcome.”
“This is simply one of the best burger places in the state of Oregon fresh there's fry sauce is good the hamburgers are good you get a good portion for your money service good people are Smiley and the bathrooms are clean I'd eat there ”
“My guy and I love this place. We used to enjoy the outdoor patio on nice days but they have since done some remodeling and the patio is now an extension of the inside of the restaurant. They did an amazing job. It's really nice and a great environment to hang out on a Sunday afternoon watch their new huge big screen TV all the tables look handcrafted wood the walls are all brick. All the windows are firefighters style and they slide open to allow it to be a outdoor indoor space I can’t wait to come on the warmer days to enjoy it with the windows open. The owner of this location is awesome and very friendly. He makes us feel very welcome by coming over to say hello to us every time we come to dine. and his staff is super nice as well. You never sent more than just a couple of minutes before someone comes over to check on you or take your order. This place is a well oiled machine. We highly recommend this place if you’re in Woodburn, I assure you will not regret it.”
“We came to woodburn for our anniversary, went to the end zone both days we were there. First day for lunch & drinks! The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic. People were so nice and friendly! Then Sunday on our anniversary we went and watched football for most of the day had breakfast and drinks. Then lunch! The food is fantastic. Anastasia was absolutely the best bar tender I have seen in a long time. We will definitely be back. We met some awesome people! I recommend the club sandwich ?”
“Authentic Thai food, we had the Red Curry, Basil Chicken, Pad Thai. All of them were great. Easy to get to if you’re hungry while shopping. Prices were solid. We had 3 dishes and a side of rice for 4 people. Great meal overall.Kid-friendliness: High Chair available”
“We had a great visit yesterday for lunch on our way through town! The staff was excellent and so was the food; we'll be coming back next time we make it out to Woodburn. I had just about the best BLT I've ever tasted here, and I've tried a fair few! ? ?”
“Love the workouts and how they differ each time. The programs are built for all skill levels and fitness levels. The Coaches are high energy, encouraging and fun!”
“It was nice to find a Mexican food restaurant close to home with good food. They were accommodating to my allergy to cilantro. The food was good and it was a good price. Would have given it a better score if the waiter had been a bit more friendly.”
“We only visit here once a month or so and we go to the lounge to avoid the undead hordes of old people and kids in the main dining room. Highly recommend this little tactic cause the server Rochelle is a super pro who has the patience of 2 and has never messed up a thing.Food is Elmer's food. You already know what that's like. Atmosphere is Elmer's atmosphere minus the olds and kids and plus a couple vlt. Trust me. This is the way”
“Such a great meal and experience for our family after visiting the pumpkin patch at Batman’s farms. The staff were wonderful and the food was perfect. My kids loved it too!”
“Hispanic bar with a limited amount of drinks. They have tacos for $3 a piece. Tortillas on tacos were homemade and meat was good. No menu or many things to select from. Mainly a spot to grab a beer and play slots. Don't come here if you are wanting a large dinner.”
“I went here on a Saturday so I could get the special: Barbacoa (FYI you can only get the specials on the weekends) and it was worth the drive. For me, it was a bit cold inside so if you run cold dress warmly, It felt as if no heat was on. It seemed like a nice sunny day, but it was chilly 12/5/21. A day to never forget, I will most definitely be coming back! Pics posted are of whole chickens being grilled and a HUGE Michelada, it's like a Mexican version of a bloody marry except there is no liquor in this drink, it's a Mexican drink made with beer, lime juice, assorted sauces (often chili-based), spices, tomato juice, and chili peppers. It is served in a chilled, salt-rimmed glass. There are numerous variations of this beverage throughout Mexico and the US but so tasty. unfortunately, I could not finish it all.”
“We love this place and have gone here for years. The sushi train was excellent. Prices have gone up a little- Average plate is around $3.25 not bad because it’s a generous portion. Can’t wait to go back. Yum!Kid-friendliness: Good to set parameters with young kids. It all looks so delicious’”
“Randomly walked past their papusa cart, stopped, bought one took a bite AND THE DEVOURING OF A THOUSAND SOULS BEGAN!!!!!Those things are so damn goodOpen late tooBut this was like a year and a half ago”
“What a great spot in Woodburn. As you walk in, you are greeted warmly and seating in cozy booths. We decided to try their appetizer sampler and the super nachos. Both were very good and left us with plenty of leftovers for another meal or two. Do not miss the horchata and the table salsa. Nummy! Will definitely be back.”
“Heard under new management. Ordered the 2 by 2 breakfast. I enjoyed the crispy bacon and the over easy eggs. And the nice cup of coffee. Medium amount of customers. Service was excellent pleasant. Suggest you stop by and give Shari's a try.”
