Service was quick and friendly. Decent price. Rice and beans weren't too good, horchata was grainy (deal breaker for my wife) and she didnt enjoy her carne asada tacos. I like my carne asada enchiladas, but it was a little chewy at times, better than the many other places we've been to in Woodburn, but will still be looking for a better place in the area.
The handmade tortillas are what keep me coming back. The tongue is always cooked to perfection and this is one of the only places I will get tripa from. It isn't over cooked but still gives you a bit of a crunch. These aren't street taco size so I usually fill up with 3-4 tacos. This place is cash only so be aware of that.

A food truck with sopes that they stuff with delicious meat and flavorful salsas to accompany. Very nice people with all homemade food. Tortillas were fresh and hot with great texture. Go out and order and sit under the covered setting to stay out of the harsh weather.
