Do not bother going here for ice cream. Last year I tried numerous times to get a fusion cone. Only successful once because the machine was always broken. Stopped by yesterday to get a fresh strawberry milkshake that the were advertising on their sign. Unable to get one because they were out of vanilla ice cream. Fist hot day of the year and they were out of vanilla ice cream. WTF. Their burgers and fries are good, but ice cream availability is very hit and miss.
Arctic circle is a a leson is a lesson on how to run a crappy business. The manager is obviously incompetent. But I think the incompecy goes higher than that. The staff looked lazy and underworked. The bathrooms are beyond description other than they are super nasty filth everywhere. I think I saw poop in the sink. I would tell you to get it to go, but I don't think that's gonna help your situation. The store is Filthy!!
Ordered “hot” fudge sundae. Was not told they no longer have hot fudge. My cup was halfway filled with cold chocolate. Tried to eat it but wasn’t what I want and not what I ordered. Paid $4.29 for half cup of soft serve and lumpy chocolate sauce. I want my $$ back. I remember when artic circle was the best for soft serve ice cream and sundaes. Not any more!
