“My go to sushi in Newberg! Online orders are quick and anytime I dine in service is great. I like the sushi lunch special (pick 2 or 3 rolls from their list) or the Bento when I have a big appetite. Staff are very kind. Menu has a lot of variety.“

We ordered a mix of rolls and appetizers, and everything was consistently good. The rolls were well-balanced—not overly sauced—and the fish tasted fresh. The spicy tuna poke had a nice kick without overpowering the flavor of the fish, and the blistered shishito peppers were a perfect starter.

Presentation was thoughtful and elegant, especially the specialty rolls and nigiri. You can tell care went into both the food and plating. Service was attentive, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed but polished…great for a casual dinner or a special night out.

“Wow! Was it delicious!!! I got Tofu Teriyaki and Spring Rolls. Hubby got Chicken Teriyaki. The plates were beautiful to the eye and the portions were huge! Everything tasted fresh and DELICIOUS!!! This will definitely be a regular for us!!!! The woman who took our order was lovely, I couldn’t stop smiling, she was so friendly and pleasant. Just all around wonderful!“

We’ve been coming here for years and as a person who loves hibachi (teppanyaki in Japan), this place has been a favorite of my family since our kids were small. The flavors they’re able to coax out of their protein and veggies never cease to blow us away. My husband and. I always get the shrimp/steak/chicken special for two on the grill and the way they get each protein perfect is like some kind of crazy voodoo magic on such a large grill.
