We've eaten at several Five Guys around the Portland area. This newer store was super clean, fast, and efficient. The staff were very nice and the burgers were artfully assembled, not slapped together like at the other locations.
I am from amity high-school we had a field trip up at the Portland expo. We stopped in this plaza most of us came to 5 guys. they were super fast and polite getting our big group of people ordered and got the food out fast.

Five Guys is a bustling spot with friendly staff and quick service. The location is clean and well-staffed, ensuring tables are promptly cleared for the next customer. The food is freshly cooked and hot. Customers praise the peanut butter bacon burger, the bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms and grilled onions, and the overall great service, with one customer describing the staff as "extremely polite and ready to help." Every single time, customers leave with a smile on their face. These employees know what customer service is and take it seriously. They are always smiling and talking positively and acting like you matter. This group of workers are so friendly and the vibes are perfect. Their French fries are the best.
