We enjoyed a lovely afternoon at JK Carriere’s on members pick up day. It was a beautifully catered event in a relaxing atmosphere where we able to mingle between wine maker, staff and connoisseurs.
This pinot winery is outstanding. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly! The wine outstanding! As is the case with all Oregon wineries their bottle costs are on the high side, but what Drew me to them was their focus on the old school practice of making wine that is age worthy, wine that gets better over time - 10+ years in most cases here. Jim is the eccentric wine maker while Linda, his sister, helps keep him grounded. Lovely site, lovely people, lovely 🍷!
This is our favorite winery in the area. Wonderful wines at a good price point, great farming practices, friendly people, lovely views... what's not to love!?
