Update to update - still very disappointed at our first visit. I don't know what went wrong but our third visit has earned them a place in our regular rotation. I read somewhere that five star family burger (Cornelius) was awarded best burger by some ranking - I don't remember - but the point is I've had a five star and if that ranks the best I have to imagine someone failed to try the fireman's at CC. Best breakfast in within the valley. Food is prepared with care, and clearly by a foodie chef. We went back for lunch and it was equally as good! Sorry I didn’t discover this place this sooner. Will be back.
