Tasty, delicious, old school Chinese cuisine. I feel like I went to this place 20 years ago and it was exactly the same as I remember. If you like old school (americanized of course) Chinese food this is the place for you. It has all the classic dishes you'd expect and is remarkably consistent. Good service, quiet spot. The interior looks like it's from the 1980s, but that's usually an indicator of good Chinese food anyway. Check this place out.
An anonymous person paid for our dinner and left a generous tip. Don't know why or who. I can't hardly believe that happened but it did! McMinnville has very nice people that live there. That's what I figure.

Yan's is by far the choice of Oriental restaurants for me. They create food choices based on a chef or a very talented cook instead of just the slop it all together put it out kind of a place. Yan says a great atmosphere The employees know what they're doing they don't waste time and sitting around with your friends in that place with the air conditioning is very pleasant. I highly recommend Yan to anyone. I wish you ands was down here in Lincoln City or Newport I'd go there everyday....read full review
