Nomi's Lonchera is a food truck in a Home Depot parking lot, right off I-5. The Mexican food is the best in the Salem area, always fresh, hot, and delicious. Excellent options include street tacos, burritos, quesadillas, quecas, chorizo tacos, and hotdogs. Meals come with homemade corn tortillas, chips, and sides like radish and lime. There are multiple salsas, including a recommended bright pink habanero sauce. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the staff is super friendly, sweet, helpful, and accommodating.
