The door to get inside was locked and no note was posted as to why. A customer from the inside saw me and let me in and I was able to order. I mentioned the door to a worker, but he just said "Ok". I ate my food in my car and watched three more customers attempt to enter but the door was still locked and nobody let them in, so they left.
Best McDonald’s location I’ve been to. The staff is always friendly and they’ve never gotten my order wrong. I stop by this location at least once a week because I work nearby and the service is speedy, even during the lunch rush. Plus, the food is always hot and fresh. Definitely the best McDonald’s in Salem.
