Our second time in the last few weeks to visit W. Wallace. We like the vibe and intimate atmosphere of this local pub. Service is always great and they have an awesome drink menu. Went in this last Friday for dinner and waited 2 hours for my food. We had a group a 7. I love this place drinks are always on point and the atmosphere is great. I have been a waitress so I understand the difficulties when understaffed. But as a former waitress the waitress should inform customers hey its a busy night and we are understaffed so it could be about ( however long it could possibly take) to get your food, this way customers can decide if they choose to stay or go....read full review
The fish tacos are amazing. We have been there a few times and have always had good food and drink. The inside has it's original dark paneling and floors. It also has the original brick wall with original pressed tin ceilings, like many of the other buildings in old down town Salem. Unfortunately, they are usually understaffed. Hopefully, that will be remedied.
