“We order take it from this location quite often and for the most part, are really happy with the service and food quality. Only gripe is when we order online. Several times they are out of the chips and or fresh tomatoe salsa yet we still get charged for it. Sometimes they will offer a handwritten coupon but we usually don't use them because we use the app, and there's no way to redeem it that way. Also the app does not let you order a large chips and salsa. You can only order a small, yet you can order a lage chips and guac. Otherwise, we love the service and food.“
“I was actually impressed by my burrito and chips that I got here last week. Recently, Chipotle has been on a decline, but I was satisfied with the amount of protein and the quality. It was a little awkward being the only people who ate inside the restaurant, everyone else ordered to-go, but that seems more like a critique on the city of Salem than any fault of the restaurant. The employees were all very low energy and cold, but I got my food without issue so it is what it is.“
“Had a great experience. Wonder customer service. Got the sofritas burrito ?, it was good but nothing special. Some more vegetarian options would be nice. Was helped by Megan I believe her name was. She was very sweet and so very patient when it took me absolutely AGES to get my chipotle app to pop up in my phone for my points, and I mean ages... luckily I was the only one in the store. Very sweet of her to wait and then guide me through the not so user friendly app. Definitely needs an app update and maybe offer better incentives.Vegetarian options: Do better! Not everyone likes tofu.“
