“I'll preface by saying I am a regular here, I come in once or twice a week. Today when I came in, staff were looking for me. They said they overcharged me last time I was in and that they'd comp by bowl today. I was very happy and didn't realize the mistake had happened in the first place. The staff here are considerate, and my experience today has ensured that I'll be continuing as a regular. The staff here are great!“

“The place is clean enough to sit down and eat there. Each time I'm there, it's within 45 minutes of closing and I'm sure none of the employees on shift are over the age of 22. Doesn't matter. I'm not hustled through my order, no one rolls their eyes at me, and I even had one of them smile when I cracked a stupid joke. It was an amazing thing.
And the food is good, which if you like Chipotle, doesn't need to be said. I still think seventeen bucks for a chicken bowl and a fountain drink is pushing it, but I like the restaurant.“

“During the busy lunch rush, Emmanuel one employee was running the front line all by himself making bowls and burritos, and keeping everything moving with a smile the whole time.

What impressed me most was their attitude. Even with a long line and a packed store, they stayed calm, friendly, and positive with every customer. They double-checked orders, kept things clean and organized, and made sure everyone was taken care of quickly.

I found out they’ve only been working there for four days… four days!! You would’ve thought they’d been there for months with how smoothly they handled everything.

“first time going to this location. came into a empty chipotle surprisingly. everything was ready and cooked and i got loaded with chicken which is lucky i guess since no one is here so they might as well load me up. rice is cooked which from past experience tends to be quite rock hard sometimes. ill keep coming if anything changes this review will change so keep it up chipotle on millplain👍🏼“

“the staff are always friendly and hardworking, very diligent in their duties! lots of negativity and complaints in the reviews for this specific location but I've never had a negative experience while eating here. there used to be cleanliness issues in the dining areas but over the last year I've noted some massive improvement in regards to upkeep and customer service. food quality has consistently risen and it seems attention to freshness has been a focal point by the team. I find that the employees are happy to go out of their way to assist you if you ask politely and treat them humanely.

“NAMING MY KID AFTER THE WORKER WHO MADE MY BURRITO

I made a chipotle review on the receipt talking about some worker who made my chicken burrito. Oh my gosh, my chicken burrito was so fire it was majestic. I wasn’t even starving or anything like that but that burrito was just amazing, it isn’t because of the brand chipotle in general because it’s not even my favorite fast food place but the worker Nadia needs a raise. Was delightful, delectable, angelic even.. I’m telling my future kids about that chicken burrito. It was so good even swiper from Dora the Explorer would stop swiping if he got that burrito. S rank type of burrito shi was majestical. Instead of subways sandwich artist Nadia is the burrito artist no glaze. I should’ve left a little piece and put that burrito in resin and have it fully embedded like amber.
