“Always a great in person experience. The staff is always nice (if you’ve had an issue with them, you anre probably the problem and high maintenance) they are quick. It is chipotle and if you’re expecting a formal sit down experience then you probably shouldn’t eat here.“
“Generally a decent place to eat. Most of the workers don't skimp on the portions, but there are a few people who seem like managers that seem to only give very small amounts for food, especially the guac and cheese, which you pay extra for.“

“This location has the BEST staff out of all the Chipotle's I've ever been to. Hands down, no doubt about it.
Ryan and Jesenia are a couple specific workers that I would like to point out. They greet me by name when I come in, and they're always friendly & respectful. Not just to me, but to every customer I see them serving. I don't know how much they get paid, but I hope it's more than minimum wage because they deserve it.
I went from going to Chipotle once every few weeks, to now I go there a couple times a week. And I would mostly contribute that to the staff that works at this location.
I would do 10 stars if I could ⭐“
“The best place is awesome I love going here we love ordering JoJo's. They are so delicious and gluten-free they're extremely generous at that cart and everything there is gluten-free I believe at that cart. It's our little tree every time we go there and order food and the customer service is impeccable“
“We came in tonight at 10:30 to get burrito bowls and every person working was so incredibly sweet and accommodating. I don’t typically write reviews, but all three of these angels need recognition! Also they were stocked on everything and made sure we got what we wanted. 10/10 if I could’ve tipped them each $100, I would have!“
“I have to admit I’ve been coming to this location instead of my local Chipotle on Cedar Hills Boulevard. Tonight, the gentleman working the online order section was very busy and they were out of chips. He offered to go back and fry me fresh chips at 40 mins to close because he saw the disappointment on my face (my order had 2 large). But this is how the service industry should be, no matter if it’s a chain takeout store or a star rated restaurant. I made sure to take of them and pay a compliment.
I also have to admit that every time I go in there no matter how slammed they are, they’re always polite and always want to help if there’s a problem out of their control. I haven’t been disappointed at this location yet. Good crew in there... I was seriously impressed. Great burrito too!“
“It was my first time dining here, mostly because it’s so close to the airport. The place has plenty of room inside, and my bowl came out pretty quickly. The space felt a little messy, and there were some quirky people around, but overall it was a decent experience.“
“Matilda helped me out. It was only my second time ever having Chipotle, and she is very kind and compassionate towards customers. Her and her team were holding down things while this rush came in. Truly, I’ve honestly never seen customer service like they do it here, but the food was amazing. Shout out to you, Matilda! You rock!“
