I’ve been coming to this location since 2021 and have NEVER had a bad experience, I refuse to go to any other chipotle, the other ones NEVER compare to this one. 10/10 service, portions, food quality and cleanliness. Truly hope this location never closes!“

“So I agreed with some of the previous reviews that my food was a bit cold, I think they need an upgrade on the warmers or whatever that is. however The current staff is all very kind and I left behind some important property which they held onto for 2 days and for that I really appreciate it.“

“I’ve never been so well treated at a chipotle before. I didn’t expect to be since it’s a fast food and we know employees work really hard and are exhausted, but all of them were friendly and poured a fair portion of food in my bowls.“

“The best place is awesome I love going here we love ordering JoJo's. They are so delicious and gluten-free they're extremely generous at that cart and everything there is gluten-free I believe at that cart. It's our little tree every time we go there and order food and the customer service is impeccable“

“I have to admit I’ve been coming to this location instead of my local Chipotle on Cedar Hills Boulevard. Tonight, the gentleman working the online order section was very busy and they were out of chips. He offered to go back and fry me fresh chips at 40 mins to close because he saw the disappointment on my face (my order had 2 large). But this is how the service industry should be, no matter if it’s a chain takeout store or a star rated restaurant. I made sure to take of them and pay a compliment.
I also have to admit that every time I go in there no matter how slammed they are, they’re always polite and always want to help if there’s a problem out of their control. I haven’t been disappointed at this location yet. Good crew in there... I was seriously impressed. Great burrito too!“
“The customer service is awesome. The girl that made my Burrito was exceptionally skilled at both taking my order while dealing with my especially bigger burrito. It's not easy to put everything that I asked for into the shell and then wrap it without tearing the tortilla. I think I tested how well she could do what I asked for. She passed with flying colors with a cool confident smile on her face. Very respectful in her demeanor as well. I appreciate this location and all it has to offer. Thanks guys. After what I experienced in my day thus far, I can honestly say that I am glad I came. My day got significantly better. Great job.“
