Portions kinda suck but customer service was great, everyone was friendly. The lady with the purple hair and braids on 10/3 was hustling. She was so friendly and was working her ass off. Everyone else up front was kinda slacking but she was carrying the whole team.
I go to this Chipotle at least once a week. Ordering online is almost never ready. Often I see people in line being helped quicker. Sometimes there is a huge line of people and they are moving very slowly. My guess is they are waiting for food to cook, because often when I do opt to get in the line I'm being told they are out of chicken or other meats. I use to go here once a week, I work right around the corner. However the last two times I went my food was almost cold even though I saw them put my bowl together and it made my stomach hurt so bad. It wasn’t always like this. Disappointing.
