Starbucks in Salem

“My normal visits to Starbucks is via the drive-through, so I don't often see the interior activity. The hour was early, about 8 am. There were 6 or 7 staffers hustling around. With customers in the lobby, a busy drive-through, online orders to deal with, Uber drivers picking up orders, they were focused. It was good team work to watch. It seemed a bit of a wait to get a Grande' Mocha but I see why, hence the 4 stars for service. Individually, they were clearly on a mission. Kinda fun to watch.“

“It’s hard sometimes to say good things about a corporate company but this place has been solid for me for a very long time now. Can’t say enough about the quality of the coffee, which is always made to perfection, and the staff whom are always trained well and polite. Thanks everyone! Cheers!“

“They always treat us with the absolute most respect and a lot of times. Remember exactly how our order is. My wife is more picky about how she likes her coffee and sometimes it can be a little embarrassing me to order it that way because I'm not the type to be that picky about ordering something like a drink. But they make it very easy for me and a lot of times they don't even make me order it because they already know it.

Dietary restrictions: There's a lot more health conscious decisions to make when it comes to their menu

Kid-friendliness: The cake pops and some of the drinks are a lot more kid friendly than Starbucks used to be

Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a ramp and handicap spots“

“Staff working here restored my faith in humanity. Some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Didn’t get their names, but I hope they get everything they want in life ?? Sincerely, the lady that went to multiple locations locations looking for stickers“

“Every time I've been to this particular Starbucks I felt welcomed, and invited to grab a coffee and relax. The drinks, the food, and the staff are all exceptionally wonderful here. If you're in the neighborhood, or you've got to come a little ways to get to this location, I recommend it. You'll be glad to eat, drink, and be merry here all year round.“

“I usually don't go to Starbucks for myself Im not much of a coffee person but my daughter likes to go occasionally and its always fast and friendly just people doing their job. This last Sunday though showed me that its not just an act for all them some of the employees truly do like what they do and actually.care for their customers. I took my dog there for one last pup cup before I had to take him in the next day to be put down unfortunately. We.found out a week before he had 2 types of cancer and then after that he went down hill fast. Anyways the person working the drive through was amazing. I wish I had gotten their name but they not only gave me two pup cups which made my dogs day but also after I parked to let my dog drink his drinks the person working the drive thru was kind enough to come out and offer me a drink which was delicious and they even added 2 cake pops for me and my dog. That meant alot to me for someone to try and do what they can to make my day a little less crappy. I appreciated it alot and it made me a Starbucks customer for good now.“

“Olivia, Ali, McKenzie, Savanah and Zoe and all are absolutely FABLOUS every time. Please recognize their very pleasant, courteous, accurate, perfect service. The area is always spanking clean. They are wonderful with everyone who enters the area.

“Ashley was awesome! It's unfortunate the manager decided to leave her by herself for awhile, to the point of her getting frustrated. That would happen to a lot of people, but she was sweet. Didn't catch the gals name working the register, but she was also really sweet. They were dealing with a customer that was yelling at them and making a scene. I thought they handled it well. Coffees I ordered were good, thank you.“

“Not gonna lie. Of all the Starbucks this is my go to!Favorite story. I ordered a Venti drink, but it only came in Grande. Without hesitation the barista says "yep" and serves it in Venti size!!!!!I tried this at another one on commercial and only then did the barista inform me the drink only came in Grande. Honestly I was just impressed by these guys. I'm sure someone will say "they're not telling you the facts," but honestly I just wanted a huge freaking cup of coffee!“

“I enjoyed my grande Java chip. The customer service was expedient today. I got plenty of whip cream to top my order. The plexiglass baricades were intrusively placed, and it really limited shelf space for the other items I was purchasing from the store today.“

“The service at this Starbucks is the best! Everyone is super nice, always greet you with a “hi, welcome in!” the food is super good! And the employees look happy when doing their job and taking your order! I personally would definitaly recommend people going to this Starbucks!!!“

“Love this Starbucks! Reminds me of how internet cafes must of been back in the 90s. There's tons of tables with plug ins at every table. As long as you make a purchase you can sit and charge your electronics as long as you want. Sure the coffee is a bit over priced but worth it when you can sit and lowder alday with free WIFI service.“

“The service was just fine. The coffee was typical of Starbucks—good. There are three tables to sit at and free WiFi if you need to work or whatever. It’s inside Fred Meyers so it’s not the normal Starbucks atmosphere. But it’s all good. Starbucks is Starbucks. If you’re looking to sit with coffee like I was, this will do the trick.
