“Love my local Starbucks!! ❤️ ☕The drinks are consistently good and the service is friendly. Even when we've had a mess-up to our order, they always handle it. This just happened recently - two back to back mess-ups in one day actually ? - due to staffing issues / overworked employees. The shift supervisor (Emily) was very kind and apologized and remedied the issue to my satisfaction. Top notch customer service!!!People are humans, not robots. Mistakes happen. But how they are handled is what counts! ❤️ Starbucks wins with their customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are lacking this in so many establishments these days. I'm so grateful that Starbucks continues to set the standard for customer service.?“

“I had a wonderful experience in here last November with Arnold. I went to order my usual drink when he recommended a variation of it which I had never heard of before, so I tried it, and it was amazing! Then, when I got my food a bit later, he apologized for it taking a little longer (even though I didn’t think it took very long) and gave me a free cake pop. He also told me that if I did not like the drink he recommended, he would be happy to remake it for me the way that I wanted. However, the drink was amazing, and the service was incredible! If you are his manager, give him a raise or promotion right now :)“
“I've been coming to this Starbucks for quite sometime to have my whole bean French Roast ground for me. I have yet to see anything short of Great customer service. Everyone I have dealt with in this store has great customer service skills and they all seem to have a very upbeat and positive attitude. Kudos to you all at this store. “I love the Starbucks on river road! We have lived in keizer 8 years now and have come to know and love the people at this location. Smash, Dane and Jess (no longer there) have been amazing since day 1! They know our drink and the chaos my two kids make almost daily when we are ordering, changing their drink and what food they want. They are never pushy or in hurry with us and our kids. We love this location and the people ❤️“
