“I just popped in for a mobile pick up. But everyone was SO nice! Not to mention I have a nickname on my app that I forgot about and the baristas went as far as to decorate my cup in the theme 😍 the food was hot and my drink was excellent! The store was clean and the employees seemed genuinely happy to be there. The decoration seriously made my day hoping the artist sees this review!“
“I came in today and got a chai latte like I had a few days prior. This chai latte was way better than the previous one and so you may wonder why I'm only giving 4 stars. After about half an hour I started feeling dizzy and sick to my stomach. I then started feeling very fatigued and I decided to drink 16oz of water and walk it off. I came home and felt better and decided to look up the nutrition facts. I got a small chai latte, it has the equivalent of 4 teaspoons of sugar! But they added an extra pump because I thought the previous one didn't taste very spicy. Therefore I probably had five teaspoons of sugar. I don't have diabetes, or even prediabetes. In fact I barely eat sugar so this reaction shows you what a drink can do to your body. I can't believe I wasted five bucks! But the barista that looks like a mermaid, was the kindest soul I've seen in years for customer service. Next time, if there is a next time, I'm going for a decaf Americana, with a shot of half and half, hold the sugar. Bonus points for beautiful outdoor seating in the sunshine and friendly service.“

“I’m writing to recognize one of your incredible partners, Samantha 🐰 who consistently goes above and beyond in their service. Each time I visit and see this employee working, I feel truly appreciated and welcomed as a customer.
What stands out most is their phenomenal attitude—always kind, warm, and sincere. They are also an excellent listener.
I’ve also noticed the pride and care they put into every part of their work—especially something as simple as shaking tea. It might seem like a small thing, but watching the attention and energy they bring to it, making sure it’s perfectly cold and well-mixed, shows their dedication to quality and to the Starbucks experience. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and that pride has a positive impact on every customer who walks through your doors.

“I come to this Starbucks several days a week and they are so consistently friendly and efficient as they can be with so much foot traffic as well as a busy drive through. Nice big space to sit and work on my laptop. Very chilly AC which is so great in the summer. These baristas work hard and deserve a shout out!“
“This Starbucks rocks! There is a customer-oriented vibe that is refreshing and greatly appreciated from the dedicated staff. Like an honored guest, the attentive and friendly staff roll out the red carpet, filling each order promptly and professionally. The place is noticeably tidy and well maintained. There is a nice assortment of baked goods to brighten your day, and a variety of fresh artisan sandwiches and protein boxes to choose from and snack on later. Parking is easy and wheelchair accessible.
