This Starbucks location has very friendly staff, with kind baristas who provide welcoming service. One employee named Patricia was especially delightful for noticing a customer’s daughter needed to remove whip from a soy drink. The outdoor seating in the sunshine is a bonus. However, there is a major problem with drink consistency. One regular customer says their coffee or matcha is never made the same way, often too milky or too bitter despite ordering the same drink. Another customer received a chai latte that was much better than a previous one, but it made them feel dizzy and sick due to the sugar content. This customer had an extra pump added and ended up with five teaspoons of sugar. Because of the inconsistency, one customer feels it does not make sense to spend $7 every morning on a drink that may not taste right, and they will have to go back to making coffee at home. Despite the kind employees, the lack of reliable quality is a major issue.
