I don’t know why I keep coming back to this Starbucks. Their standards do not compare from all the other Starbucks. Good customer service but I never get a cold foam lid with my cold foam drinks (the whole purpose of the drink is to sip the foam with your drink), drinks are never made properly, staff touch parts of my drink I drink from with their hands (sticking their finger in the lid to pick it up.) I am always disappointed every time I come to this location.Recently, I ordered a drink and had to confirm I had the right drink because it was so extremely foamy from vigorously shaking it so hard the cold foam, which provides the drink with flavor, was engulfed and paying $7 for a drink that took less than 2 minutes to make I would hope they are at least semi following the standards Starbucks has.Time and time again I go here for convenience of the drive through and I am always disappointed. Starbucks makes it impossible to report incidents and ask for refunds so I am forced to leave a google review in hopes the store sees.

I enjoy going to this Starbucks. Whether it's the drive thru or inside, there's always a pleasant smile when they give you your coffee.

Kensie life!

I order a non dairy Latte, they gave me the wrong drink, they guy with orange hair was so rude, he said it's not my problem when I told him that dairy makes me sick.

I got very aggravated after multiple visits recently. Y’all make a big deal about putting the card reader out the window for a tip. It is obviously cleaned infrequently because I see the same spills and fingerprint stains multiple days in a row. It’s flu season and ridiculous that this isn’t cleaned more frequently with the 100s of people touching it daily. However, my biggest issue is the lack of gratitude for tipping. I rarely get a “thank you” or any sort of recognition for being a customer, let alone leaving a tip. Now the person at the window barely makes contact, sticks the card reader out the window but doesn’t even look but rather is engaged in unrelated conversations with coworkers, so I’m chasing it down and having to open my car door to access, and then to have no acknowledgement whatsoever when I tip is an entitled and rude representation by your staff. I could choose not to leave a tip but as a server for years I feel it’s important. But I expect some acknowledgment or gratitude and I’m definitely not alone in these feelings. Your staff needs some updated training on customer service. I have decided that making coffee at home is definitely cheaper but also I don’t have to put up with being ignored or surly attitudes when I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this location alone. This morning was the straw. Unacceptable.

Im not one to write reviews, but I frequent Starbucks to catch up on work and this was my first time at this location. The lid to my hot tea was not secured on properly and it spilt all over my laptop and pants (super hot) causing me to get a new computer. As I spent a good 20 minutes trying to dry off myself, the laptop, the table ect not a single employee came over to help even after I made eye contact. I finally went to get someone to ask about the floor clean up so someone else didn’t slip and spent another ten minutes there drying off, no one came to clean up the floor before I finally packed up and left to go to Mac store. Most expensive cup of tea of my life.

Most of the outlets are not working. Might not be the best if you plan on getting some work done and need a charge with your coffee. Good in-person service and staff were friendly though!

I want to be constructive, but it seems like no one here knew what they were doing or they didn’t have a manager. We ordered six drinks, one was the nitro cold brew. After sitting there for a few minutes they tell us they can’t do the nitro. He doesn’t normally come to Starbucks so he wanted something similar and she wasn’t able to make any suggestions. He changed his drink, then she ends up saying all they had to do was change the cold brew? Did she mean the nitro? Then why didn’t he get the drink he ordered instead of the one he didn’t particularly want? When we were handed the drinks they were spilled all over the sides.I get that it can be stressful but the employees really need to be aware of what they are out of, what similar suggestions to make, and how to manage their time and service. Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had (considering I’m 25 and have been going to Starbucks my whole life) only reason I made this post.Make sure your employees know what is going on!!! We just want some damn coffee made right lol

What a beautiful building. Such an improvement to what was there. It fits so well in the town. I like the outdoor sitting area. What I did notice as I drove by slowly checking it out, as there's no garbage outside for customers. I went through the drive through which was quick and got me thru fast. I was the only one in line. I will say as a daily customer and do live in another city, being used to their customer service, that here in Wilson like they have their drivers in and out with not much to say. I think a little more of a conversation would help customers to come back. Especially when there's no one behind you. For me...that would bring me back. But i couldn't give a try review with a busy day, but from being a new customer...it was beautiful and I was in and out.

would be nice if they'd fix the electric outlets so they worked, too cheap to have an electrician come and fix things

One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had at Starbucks. Anna was less than stellar, kinda short and snide tbh. My drink, a venti with 6 shots, somehow was still 3/4 dairy product. So I was cheated money, and treated poorly.

My husband usually gets his drink 3 times a week at this location. On Monday, he came and got his drink like usual. After getting the drink, my husband politely told the server “Thank you, sir”. The server has told my husband that because my husband used “Sir”, my husband has misgenender “him/her/them”and my husband should just say thank you. We didn’t know how we are disrespect “him/her/them” when it is politely way as “thank you, sir”. Is saying thank you disrespect, should we just grab the drink and go without appreciating the person who servers us?? We like this location but not sure we want to come back.
