“They are always fast, great with communication and have never made my order wrong! (Which is huge) I make this location my go to when I can. They have a large parking lot as part of a large plaza of shops but the close parking lot does get backed up if the drive through line is long. While I haven't been inside, I'd bet it has the same great service and variety of spots to sit.“
“I had the BEST experience at this drive thru!! The kind gentleman working the window was incredibly personable and took time to learn about me as a customer, even though there was a busy line! He was welcoming from the second my order was taken, letting me know he was "excited to see me at the window!" I wasn't having the best day, but he brightened my day immediately! “This Starbucks is hands down the best location in the world. I have been to many Starbucks destinations and none of them compare to the level of service this location provides. There are always at least 5 employees working, they get orders in super fast, and they even know my name, yet I don't go in often. I went in today, on Xmas morning at 8 am and there was no customers in sight, but at least 10 employees in a great spirit and mood, and my 5 coffees were of course waiting. They need to do a news special on this location because it's so amazing. Thanks girls and guys , you are the best!!“

“Stopped here to buy groceries for a friend who is dealing with Covid yet again. While shopping, I noticed the Starbucks kiosk, and all of a sudden, I was craving a coffee drink. Clearly, I have no impulse control!Typically, I can walk right by, but when the Peppermint Mocha arrives in November, I have to have one to kick off the holiday season. Their specialty drinks are very sweet, so I order my standard - nonfat, no whip, 2 pump, peppermint mocha - and it hits the spot! Without giving me a sugar high followed by a crash and burn!All the quality, convenience, and friendly service one expects from this brand.“
“This starbucks is the best starbucks I have ever been to. The baristas are amazing! They are attentive and detail orientated and are genuinely glad to help the customers with their request whether it is a mobile request or an in person request. Amazing and consistent. Kat is especially awesome, she goes above and beyond to make the guest experience a good one.“
“If you are looking for the typical Starbuck's building, you will probably drive right by. The Starbuck's on State Street is in a quaint looking cottage and that same vibe Carrie's inside. Drinks, food offerings and service is all as one would expect from a Starbucks. There is plenty of parking as they share parking with other stores in this little strip mall across from the State Theater, a short stroll to the village of Lake O where all the shops are located. There is no drive through but you can order through the app if you are short on time. Be aware they close at 6pm.“
