“I went through the drive-through this morning and I was kind of apprehensive because of the line. But that was the fastest drive-through I have ever been to in my whole entire life and I am 50 years old!
My drink was made perfectly. There were super friendly. I feel like the service guy was named Frank from what I could tell not sure probably a late 30s gentlemen with blackish brown hair and a little bit of gray in his beard. He was super friendly and very helpful!

“Hannah was so busy but so kind, i waited for my drink and watched her interact with so many guests and be so welcoming and kind. letting everyone know which drink she was working on with a smile. a difficult and busy job but she handles it like a pro!“

“This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to! I came here to work for a few hours and I was extremely impressed with the two baristas who were working there. They were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful to every single person who came in. They asked every single person what their plans were for the day and genuinely wanted to know the answer. It was a refreshing breath of fresh air and I will for sure be back here! I have since gone to 2 other Starbucks in the area and have been so disappointed - they have set a very high bar.“

“Ive remembered this place sense i was a kid, ive gone here many times after school w friends and ran into people here, this is an amazing place to study and focus, and omg the staff is so patient and nice and i asked for a weak matcha today and they gave me exactly what i needed, it was genuinely so good tysm. whenever i go here anything i order is perfect. Also its disappointing that most of the bad reviews are about the drive thru, this place is the busiest of LO in the morning for as long as i can remember, and yall can js come inside the place. Its always understaffed and its easier for them if u js come inside and make a decent conversation thats makes them want to stay employed here instead of rushing from a microphone to a window every morning :(
Also its starbucks the prices are great“

Very friendly and Lucas is by far the most attentive and well mannered employee I have ever met. He kinda has that southern Oregon charm you hear som much about.
