“Getting a shot of cortisone at Providence, normally I wouldn't choose a Starbucks! It's here. Why not? It was one of the best made coffees I've had in a long time! Friendly staff, excellent flavor and the perfect amount of white chocolate. Don't get sick to visit, come for a coffee. You might be very suprised.“

“This is one of the nicer locations in downtown. Across the street from Powell's Books and alot of places nearby. The baristas are very nice and they do their job well. I have a favorite one and her name is Allie. She is always polite to me and she does my drinks perfectly. Whenever she's working I specifically ask for her to make my drink.“

“I had the most delightful interaction with Ellie at this location yesterday. Her authentic and kind customer service skills are something that can't be taught. The customer behind me was hard of hearing, and Ellie had to repeat herself multiple times, but she assisted the customer with such grace and a cheerie disposition - it's as if she just walked off the set of Mary Poppins. Little moments like that matter. Thank you, Ellie! Keep shining!“

“This is our favorite location in the area! We go here to work and get out of our home office and the staff always remembers our names and orders. They could not be sweeter! If I am having a really hard day coming to this location always makes such a difference!“

“Though Starbucks as a corporate entity needs to work on improving wages and labor practices, I do appreciate this Fremont cafe. The staff pay close attention to every customer and consistently make good drinks. There’s absolutely no pretense and overall the space welcomes all types of thirsty humans.“

“I hadn't been to this location in a few years. The updating/upgrades are quite nice. No indoor seating, but plenty of outdoor tables and, of course, the drive thru. I liked the creation of shade at the order window! My drink was crafted perfectly, too!“

“I just wanted to give a shout out to the staff at your 2880 SE Powell location. Namely a huge thank you to Grenchen and Sofia. Their customer service is very commendable, they both are always so friendly polite and attentive, which makes for a nice experience. I understand that Grenchen has come from another location to help out. I noticed some staffing issues and as a past food manager l think Grenchen would make for a good candidate to run the store. “Coffee is good here, but people who have kids here couldn’t get a full service, I mean diaper changing station in restrooms. But they still have sign that they have it in their restrooms and it has to be removed because it’s misleading people.“

“We’re here visiting Portland from Charleston, SC. We really enjoyed that the atmosphere here was so pleasant and friendly. The gentleman that checked us out, Kyle, and as so nice and accommodating. He helped me make a black tea into a southern tasting sweet tea. Very appreciative. Even got to pet a friendly dog while we were here. Overall seems like a great spot.“

“There's a certain employee that works there that I always notice their car, but I've never learned who it belongs to. Their license plate stays in the mind. I actually look forward to seeing it. Almost like it's agreeing that this is a good place to get coffee every time I leave. Always so happy.

“It's kind of weird Google is asking you whether this place has a bar and all this other stuff it's just a drive-thru coffee place for a Starbucks I think they have some small seats out in the very back but yeah it's kind of cool what I really liked best about it is that honestly I just love using the app picking up my coffee and these folks just always do a perfectly so I really like Starbucks a lot if you can tell.. I'm going to miss it a lot when I go overseas but you know I'm sure they have Starbucks all around the world but yeah the ones here in Portland are probably the best not going to lie. “They’re always so nice at this Starbucks! It’s a great location, too. I only wish the seating inside was cozier — it feels a bit oddly fractured, as seating goes. But overall, it’s a solidly pleasant experience every time we go to this spot :)“

“The store was OK. The staff seemed to give a lot of grace to the most likely unhouse patrons loitering in the store. There is limited seating with electrical access, a tight space for four to sit.
This is not a Starbucks to enjoy a working coffee. It is best for a quick stop or drive through.
The staff was very friendly.

Parking: There appeared to be an abandoned vehicle in the parking lot that was filled up like a storage container, including the drivers seat and dashboard. This made the parking lot less appealing and used up valuable customer parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: The interior through ways are tight, there is limited wheelchair seating. The disability parking space is next to an active parking lot driveway and across the parking lot some 30 feet from the building. It does not feel very safe from moving vehicle hazards.“

“Amanda is hands down one of the best baristas at Starbucks! Every time I come in, she is so welcoming, positive, and genuinely kind. She always goes above and beyond to make customers feel appreciated, and her energy completely brightens the day. No matter how busy it gets, Amanda stays friendly, professional, and keeps everything running smoothly. It’s rare to find someone who consistently delivers such amazing customer service with a smile. “This is my favorite Starbucks location I’ve been to. The atmosphere is very calm, there is always cozy music playing and the seats are quite comfortable! The service is incredible, in three years of coming here weekly nothing I’ve ever ordered didn’t taste delicious and the baristas always ask people how they’re doing and genuinely care about the answers. 1000/10, would (and absolutely will) come here again!“

“It was very quiet when I went in as it was near the end of the day. This is kind of an unusual location and sort of out of the way. Im happy to know it's there when I am working in that area. The employee was helpful and filled my water bottle with ice for me.“

“I was never much of a Starbucks customer until about 1 year ago. Me and my husband started doing the challenges on the app and learned more about other drinks and food options. This location is truly the best location ever. My husband works a blue collar job so there are days we are on the road 3:00 am. This Starbucks is 7 minutes from his works and without a doubt every single time we have EVER BEEN IN the drinks have always been exactly the same. And they are always so fast. Sometimes he will get a Carmel ribbon crunch. I place the order in line and by the time we get to the speaker box it’s already ready!! Yesterday I dropped my husband at work first and ended up going to a Starbucks that was also near by and the drink was different, staff wasn’t the same, etc. it sounds dumb but truly this is our ride or die location and we love it!!!“

“Since I came to the U.S. three years ago, I have visited many Starbucks locations. However, none of them feels like home as much as this one. Both the employees and the atmosphere here are so friendly. Their smiles give me energy even in my darkest times.“

“I thought it was going to a long wait when I arrived and the line was through the parking lot and on to Glisan. I was pleased to be wrong. The total time in the drive thru, including ordering and receiving the order LESS THAN 8 MINUTES, well under 3 from order to window. To keep a line moving like takes true ROCK STARS!- shout out to the morning crew on 11/14/2024. Super friendly staff but not overly perky, coffee was extra yummy!“

“I ordered a iced matcha latte and a vanilla latte. Both tasted amazing and very smooth and scrumptious. I especially loved the chocolate coffee bean on top for a little extra pizzazz. Service was wonderful and the workers were so nice and friendly. Would recommend, two thumbs up!“

“I love the Starbucks inside my local Safeway on 10th and S.W. Jefferson St. It is great in many ways, but most if all is the friendliness of the start working there. I was surprised on my second trip the girl at the counter said " Hello Laura." She knew my name from my previous visit. I felt very good about going there because she remembered my name and it made me feel welcome and at home with my Local Starbucks.( The third trip she recited my drink as I started to place my order. She said "Large Mocha frapachinno, no whipping cream, and extra shot of espresso, and a puppachino for your puppy?" I thought "wow.....she remembered that after two visits?" “It's clean, and neat. The service is great, however they had my name wrong last week, and maybe that's my fault for not speaking loud enough maybe, I don't know, it kinda irritated me a little I suppose that day, but I also get it. People don't always have a name to pronounce so easily. However this starbucks is nice most all the time, I have confidence they will get it right next time perhaps. My daughter loves the matcha there.“

“Sweet friendly staff. They made me a sample of the new green matcha lavender drink before I purchased it because it was slow and I asked in detail about the lavender. Ive never had that experience before eithout it being made for a whole dining area. Remember to carry dollars to tip establishments that don't allow or "do" credit card tips. I don't like the prices of the food at Starbucks and I've worked there so it isn't my deal but I do go for new drinks. Know what you like and you'll have a good time. Conveniently located next to their grocery store cafe area so there is a larger seating space than many store Starbucks. My guy liked his quad mocha. Per usual we did breve. It's nice to get special coffee sometimes.

“I had above and beyond service here the other day! Sometimes the Safeway locations aren't as good because the training is different, but the employee that took my order repeated it back and was really quick despite being the only employee there trying to get through a line.“

“I'm not sure witch Starbucks this is, there all very consistent. I love most, however I stopped by the Hood River Starbucks by the bridge, about the same time, i had the worst experience ever.I had to repeat myself about five times to the clerk, and then it got bad, a co worker got mad because I spoke up a. Bit loudly to the cashier.In retaliation she made my order wrong, and when I called her on it she got mad and took a extra long time.I all ways try to say positive comments, but not this time.My compliant is not so much about the cashier as it is about the cashier's helper.I will not be returning to Hood River Bridge Starbucks.“

“Perfectly fine Starbucks. Parking is a bit tight, especially if the drive-thru is backed up, but I recommend using the walk-up window whenever possible, as it's much faster. The traffic makes everything loud, so not a great place to sit and have a drink or food, but there are tables with umbrellas if you need them.“

“Stopped in to The Starbucks inside the Target on Cascades Parkway. I was pleasantly surprised when I ordered my Salted White Chocolate Mocha, after the debacle at the other Starbucks In downtown Portland, The service was quick and the maker was pleasant. I asked them to please stir the Salt so when I finished the drink I didn't get a mouth full of salty goop and white Chocolate Syrup. They actually listened! Please Note, I really like it when they ask my name at the counter and write it on the side, it's a NICE touch. My Rating of this Starbucks 4.5 Stars, that's why I knocked off a 1/2 Star.“
