“I've lived near this Starbucks location for over 4yrs and EVERY visit to this location has been an exceptional experience in customer service, respect and kindness. Yesterday was the icicing on the cake. My debit card would not swipe correctly, holding up the line, the cashier was patient and got her superviser/manager to try to problem solve. The manager quickly assess the situation, asks questions and the resolution ended up allowing me to have my tall cup of coffee complimentarily. But this review isnt about a free cup, its about the way they employees interacted with me during the frustrating incident, how they showed respect and kindness, the friendliness and patience I observed. And the FACT that every visit to this store has been on that same level. I dont go often, but enough to notice GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE when I experience it and I have to say without a doubt these folks bring it consistently. Keep up the great work, I'm so glad you're in my community.“

“I recommend this Starbucks as the staff are friendly and gave me tips on what to do in Vancouver Washington as I am not from here. I had been treated poorly the Starbucks at Commerce Center and walked the short distance to this one for worlds better service! Thank you for the great advice.“

“This is my absolute favorite Starbucks! The crew is always so friendly, and welcoming. My drink turns out perfect each time and they are never out of the falafel pocket when I need a quick breakfast. Everyone on the team from the manager to the baristas are a joy to see in the morning!“

“This is the BEST Starbucks in Clark County. I buy Starbucks around 4 times a week and have 4 main locations I go to depending on my schedule and whether or not I'm working. I live in East Vancouver but work downtown so I have lots of options between home and work!

I stopped by this location this past weekend and the store was IMMACULATE as always. Warm, welcoming, and super clean. I normally drive through but actually went in this time and was very impressed with the cute area they had set up for their unicorn drink promotion. A family was doing the coloring sheets with their child and taking photos...so cute and fun! 🦄🌈

The lobby area is spacious, organized, and clean. And the merchandise is SO TEMPTING! I have my eyes on a few things right now that honestly I wouldn't have noticed if the display hadn't been so well done and in a good location!

This is a great location to grab your coffee, or stay awhile and work on things or catch up with a friend. I also appreciated the volume of the music being appropriate. I have two older friends (in their 70s) who I meet for coffee a few times a year and I'm always paying attention to which Starbucks are best for these get togethers. One of these friends is hard of hearing so blaring music is not welcoming. I feel confident that I could plan our next gathering at this location and the lobby would be conducive to our visit with their music at a welcoming but not overbearing level.

The manager stopped by my table to see how my drink was, I forget his name but he is always super friendly and personable. The other employees working were also helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable when I inquired about the caffeine content in a specific refresher. What a great location this is with top notch staff and management!“

“Sophia was awesome today! She was extremely pleasant and extra kind toward my toddler. I asked for her help in choosing between two drinks and she steered me in the right direction and ended up making me a coffee drink that I will end up ordering over and over again in the future! Starbucks is lucky to have a such a great employee like Sophia! Rare air for sure.“

“I like that they always greet whoever comes in. Before they close they come to each table to announce that they will be closed in a few minutes, instead of say it at loud. For my birthday free drink, I came a few days later (3 days) and they still used a birthday coupon for me. Dispute different teams working there, they all seem very friendly.“

“This is the only Starbucks in SW Washington that actually gets the cold brew correct. I'm not sure what's wrong with this region but almost all of them do not follow the recipe because they're all very inconsistent except for this one.“

“It was amazing the barista was so nice especially the one with red and black hair, she was so kind and wrote nice messages on our cups I would definitely recommend. They also had sample slushes in little cups, the last time I came here they had a coffee blondie that had cherry foam for free in a little cups. They also had cake pop flavors I hadn’t seen anywhere else in a Starbucks location“

When I placed my order in the Drive-Thru I think they heard my kids. Because my daughter said yay! And my son said yum!

“I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but after seeing a few negative ones, I felt it was important to share my experience. I’m a daily Starbucks customer, and this location is my home base. I travel often for work, and this is genuinely one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve visited. The staff and management are awesome. Special shout-out to Shelby for always getting it right and doing so with a smile. Don’t believe everything you read, many of the negative comments seem to stem from self-induced issues where the blame is misplaced. Stop by for yourself and enjoy the awesomeness! “I’d like to use this platform to give a major shoutout DaVonte. This has been my weekly Starbucks location, since I moved here. Every time I come through and he is working, I am greeted with kindness and genuine compassion. This may not be much to some people, as it’s somehow an expectation that everyone in the service industry, is to treat you nicely, regardless of how you may act. Customer service is not an easy job. Keeping a smile on your face, while being met with our incredibly difficult political climate and just existing as a person in this day and age, is challenging. But DaVonte shows that little bit of light, that is so needed in these times of uncertainties. This may sound extra to some people, writing an essay about a morning Starbucks experience. But to those that are struggling, these little acts of kindness are what help us get through the day. Thank you for sharing some of your shine, and to the rest of the staff at this location. Be kind to service industry workers. We’re all humans doing our best.

“I made an online order, so on my lunch break I could stop to get a coffee. However when I came in my drink was made hot and not iced. After talking to one of the baristas, she remade my order and not only did it right but upgraded my drink and threw in a cake pop for the inconvenience. Very kind staff, that works to make it right!!!“

“The staff at this Starbucks is very friendly, and it’s conveniently located just a 4-minute detour from the highway. It stays open until 11:30 PM, which is perfect for late-night travelers. After a tiring day at the Cascade Shopping Mall, we sought coffee to help us through a 3-hour drive. This Starbucks is one of the few between Portland and Washington that stays open late and is easily accessible from the highway.“

“Came in this morning some time after 8:30am. Ordered a Venti Hazelnut oatmilk espresso and an apple croissant. Anytime I come to this location, the Baristas always have such a great positive attitude except for one barista who happened to be working with Heather at this mornings shift. She also had no name tag. She is always so rude when taking orders, very confrontational, and crass. I thought it was just me, but this morning I went out of my way to ask the customer after me if she felt the same way about this particular barista. The other customer agreed with me that this specific barista with no name tag has horrible customer service, and was rude to her when taking her order as well. She should not be working in customer service if she can not be polite to all customers. Thank you to the other baristas, Heather, Sam and the other two girls with tattoos, you guys rock! You are the reason I keep frequenting this location. Thank you for all that you do! It makes a world of a difference in what is already a trying time for everyone. I appreciate you.“

“I saw this listed as a holiday drink and I just had to try it. WOW the tastes comes on strong with your first sip. I am used to just plain old normal hot chocolates. This was a bit out of my comfort zone for my taste buds but was interesting to drink. But think I will stick with what I am used to drinking.\n\nInteresting art work on the walls of this Starbucks. There was a wooded framed thing that looked like the life cycle of coffee beans.“

“Took my two-year-old in there real quickly to get a latte after Fred Meyers. She liked the music and danced a little dance the whole time we were there. The people behind the counters clapped for her after a longer session. She was very upset when it was time to leave. They all very nicely said goodbye to her. I'd go back.“

The barista who helped me yesterday was extremely kind and patient, and they even offered to remake my vanilla bean creme frappe another time because I had asked for oat milk, so it wasn’t the same consistency as with real milk. The frappe was super good ! And the barista exhibited exemplary customer service and offered a memorable experience. “Absolutely love this location and the people who keep it going! They’re a great team that’s always working together and hustling to get the job done. I frequently see the manager walking around the back checking in with employees, making sure things are being done correctly, and assisting with tasks when needed. It’s very impressive to see a team work so well these days. They’re also very friendly with my autistic son, and understanding that he might have outbursts while waiting that he cannot control. As a parent of a neurodivergent child I cannot express how much that can mean and help during a rough time. We are, and will continue to be, back often - thanks!“

“I really find every employee at this location to be perfectly wonderful, but I can’t help but seem to notice the flavors of the drinks/syrup has been vastly reduced while the price for a Chai Tea has risen to $7.50 before tax. I am upset with the company, not with this location or any employees.
Starbucks continues to increase their profits and revenue while raising the prices in a poverty stricken economy. I doubt their store employees have seen a 20% raise in wages to match the 20% increase in price…“

“Usually the grocery store Starbucks locations aren't as good as the actual stand-alone stores, but this is one of the better ones I've been inside. The barista who helped me knew what she was doing and accommodated my "half-sweet" request for a vanilla latte easily. Their selection of pastries is also pretty decent.“
