I've lived near this Starbucks location for over 4yrs and EVERY visit to this location has been an exceptional experience in customer service, respect and kindness. Yesterday was the icicing on the cake. My debit card would not swipe correctly, holding up the line, the cashier was patient and got her superviser/manager to try to problem solve. The manager quickly assess the situation, asks questions and the resolution ended up allowing me to have my tall cup of coffee complimentarily....read full review
