Since moving to Vancouver, I’ve consistently had great experiences at the local Starbucks. The customer service is always excellent—staff are friendly, and I’m greeted every time I stop by, even when I’m not purchasing anything. Isabel, in particular, stands out—she always remembers my drink and makes me feel genuinely welcome. It’s the kind of service that keeps me coming back.
Super sweet girl first thing in the morning :) Alyssa made my day being relatable and kind during opening.
