Had the seared salmon , baked potato and rice pilaf...coffee with my favorite creamers , French vanilla ?...got 2 slices of pie ( to go ) , sugar free apple and strawberry rhubarb...never bad dishes , always great service...and still the most ( and the BEST selections ) varieties of pie ,
Not going back. It's not the waitress's fault. The cooks are the problem. I realize it's not fast food, but one should not have to sit and wait for over an hour for the cook to prepare chicken nuggets, chop a salad, cook one steak medium well for the salad, and cook a chicken quesadilla. The place wasn't even busy. I didn't even get the garlic bread that comes with the salad and the dressing wasn't the raspberry vinaigrette stayed on the menu, it was Italian. Food was the most basic tasting tossed together food/ slighlty old tasting bread with no seasoning. I've had fast food that had more seasoning and taste better. If you're looking for a savory breakfast, this isn't it. Also, this restaurant has a funny/ sour smell as you walk in and doesn't really go away when you're at the booth/table. The bathroom smells even worse. It was pretty empty and the food took a while to come out for some french toast, eggs, bacon and eggs Benedict.
