Docking a star because this location is extremely hard to get to, and somehow my birthday coffee was missing from my card. Otherwise, very nice place and friendly staff. Coffee and Hot Chocolate was very good.Food: 5/5
I do mostly drive thru orders and the staff are polite and always greet with smile. The taste of the drinks is also pretty consistent so I do enjoy going here at the beginning of my day! :)

I normally love going to this branch as it is close to home. The snow started coming down so I decided to cut my shopping short, grab my coffee and head home. I asked for to-go bags with the built in cupholders so I could carry all 3 of my drinks safely. I was told no . Manager had the poor girl that served me to deliver the message. Management I know you can do better than this.
