Let me start off by saying this Starbucks is really hard to get to, homeless people all over the parking lot by 7/11, keep your cars locked. Now to the Fun Part of my experience at Starbucks, I called it a head of time to ask about their hidden special, on Thursday's. When I call in the lady tells me there is a deal from 12pm to 6pm on Thursday's only. So I wait an hour for the good deal to start. When I get to the window they tell me I need the App and my cellphone, well unfortunately for me I forgot my cell phone at home and was in a huge hurry, I ask the coffee girl at the window can you help me, she said sorry you need the app or there is nothing she can do sorry. So I ask for the Manager, she says the same thing to me, after arguing in the drive thru I told her, just take my number and tell me when you figure this out, she refuses to take my number and said it was inappropriate, so there for calling me inappropriate. After all this drama, she says to me we can still make your drink with an evil look in her eyes. I say no thank you I will go to the next Starbucks. Update called Corporate HQ was told I would get a call back in 48 hours still nothing

This is by far the worst Starbucks out there. Your drink will either taste like water or a cup of sugar. And they will never I repeat, ever stir it for you and then if you ask them to fix it, they will get an attitude go to another Starbucks.

This is the first Starbucks I have been in where the baristas were more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. My coffee sat on the Expresso machine while the two baristas gabbed. Disappointing.

They always have fast and friendly service, and never get my milk substitute wrong (I'm lactose intolerant and appreciate getting exactly what I ask for every time). They also always ask if I want whipped cream when they see the milk substitute, which is a step up from Black Rock and Dutch Brothers service!Dietary restrictions: They're very careful to give you the correct milk substitute!

I am daily customer with Starbucks and at least 4 days a week at this location . Over a week ago I ordered a custom drink: a venti Frappuccino with double shots of espresso, 1 pump of white mocha and extra salted cold foam . It’s $6 something for that drink . Today I ordered exactly the same one but the young lady charged me over $10 for it . I told her I did order this drink before and the price like I said above but she kept saying it’s called espresso Frappuccino which she already charged me over $6 for that specific one on menu and added extra charge for what I customized my drink . I didn’t order a specific Frappuccino on the menu , I ordered a custom drink which I don’t want to add extra stuffs for my drink, so what she made an order for me that meant I had more than 2 shots of espresso (which i didn’t want more than 2 )and everything I asked to make a new drink was charged as additional stuffs. I tried to explain to her but seemed like she refused to get it . I was upset but I still took the drink tho .Because I work close by so I would like to support this location plus I like most of people work there ,they are always so nice and friendly but this girl . I like my custom drink flavor but I don’t want to come back here to order again .
