Service was outstanding! I wanted to try matcha but wasn't sure about it. They surprised me by making two samples and checked which one I liked even though I ordered a different drink.
I hadn’t been to this store before for a pick up order. When I walked in, staff had their personal beverages sitting out on the counter closest to the entrance. I thought it was the pick up location so I started looking for mine before figuring out the drinks were personal beverages, not for customers. Instead of helping me, the employee sneered at me and said, “Let’s not do that.” She never said hello or pointed me in the right direction
Disappointed this morning as I got my $6 coffee and realized that it wasn’t filled. I didn’t ask for anything special. Just a white mocha. The cup felt so light but I figured it was foam. Nope. No foam. Just half a cup of coffee.
