By far one of the better ran SBUX. After being an operator for 14 years with SBUX I can’t order in line anymore (way to many things to pick apart deployment wise. Not their fault because Starbucks make them do it) but always have a good experience with them when I MOP on my way to work. Thank you!!

The service at Starbucks Coffee Company is fast and yummy, with employees who are incredibly helpful and polite, making stops memorable. The guy in the back knew just what a customer was talking about, and the service is terrific. One staff member started remembering a customer's name after a few days in a row, acknowledging them as a regular. The atmosphere is good, but they are very deferential to extremely noisy and disruptive customers, like an Ozzy Osbourne impersonator screaming, which makes it uncomfortable.
