I switched from my former Starbucks location to this one for 2 reasons: Customer service and consistency of my drinks. The people here are so friendly and remember you by name. Very seldom do I have to say what I am ordering as they already know by the time I get to the register. I think that I can count on one hand the number of times that I have not been happy with my drink. Still drank it! Love the people! They are what make this the best place!
I started going to this particular location because I was not getting consistently good drinks at my prior location. Both are close to my residence-so that is convenient. I cannot say that I have had a bad drink or experience from this little Starbucks. No matter which team member makes my drink they are 99% of the time exactly how I want them. Staff are friendly as well. Happy to have switched to these guys and have not one complaint.

Personally, now this may not be true for all. But I do like a little milk in my coffee rather than a little coffee in my milk. I worked at Starbucks for 2 years(granted many years ago) However, unless the customer specifically changes something themselves,every drink is supposed to be uniform. None of the coffees should be tasting like straight milk.
