“I used the drive-thru at the Sherwood Starbucks - there was a mix-up with my order, but they fixed it quickly and with genuine kindness, so no complaints here. The team is friendly in that real, small-town Sherwood way - welcoming, thoughtful, and never robotic.

“McKenna, the barista, was juggling multiple orders by herself but still was so sweet & patient with every single customer! There’s multiple locations in Sherwood but I would choose to go to the one in Safeway just for McKenna. She made samples for a drink that I tried and absolutely loved. My new go to for sure! ☕️“
“Well, I never write reviews, particularly for a chain, but these lovely people deserve a shoutout. Everyone was super helpful, friendly, and kind. Lia (?) guided me through ordering my [ridiculously] customized drink and chatted with me about camping, and they made it perfectly and without a fuss. Top tier customer service, and general human nice-ness. Thank you again 😇“
