“I had a great experience at this location today. I was in a rush to grab a coffee for my friend before work and realized I had accidentally placed my online order at the wrong location. The barista was incredibly friendly, kind, and understanding about the situation. They quickly prepared my order at this location, and it was perfect. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the wonderful staff. Thank you again! 🤍“

“I think everyone that works here that I've interacted has been wonderful. But I want to give a special thanks and shout out to Chris (hope I'm spelling it right) I look forward to hearing his voice come through the speaker before I order. He always has a cheerful attitude, and warm demeanor and I think it makes him stand out as an employee. He has helped me figure out what to order when im ordering for friends with specific tastes and it's always spot on! The manager/owner should be proud they have such great staff that work at this location. I specifically go out of my way (passing three other Starbucks) just to go to this one.“

“Be aware that there is NO inside seating or restroom available at this location despite "pick up IN store" being listed on the app. "In store" pick up can be done at the walk up window. Friendly staff, drive thru seems efficient, but not the place to stop if the weather outside isn't great.“

“I love coming to this starbucks. I have always had pleasant experiences with all the staff! This note really brightened by day! Usually I just mobile order or go to the drive thru but the times I've been inside, it's really nice too. Highly recommend the peach green tea lemonade, it's so bombb! Also getting extra matcha scoops in an iced oatmilk matcha latte is my go to.“

“Everyone here is usually pretty friendly and efficient. It’s annoying that you can’t reward them with a tip unless you have cash on you. I mean we are living in the days of tech. And you can’t add a tip through paying with the app or using your debit card.“

“Solid Starbucks location! It can get busy so the time estimates may be slightly behind, but the staff is very friendly. It's a little tricky to get to but more of a fault in the design of the area. Be prepared for longer drive through lines.“

“Update March 8. Thanks for the reply, so promptly. I appreciate the offer to make a new drink. The drink itself was just fine, I only got a few sips before it disappeared though. Updated to 4 stars, for the quick reply, and generous offer to remake the drink.

I know it's a gimmick but c'mon guys. This is more ice than actual liquid. I asked for medium ice. It just seems like something that can be easily remedied..happy to leave a better review if this is not an issue again.“

“Absolutely fabulous customer service from Ellie! This poor girl was there alone with a line that wouldn't quit. She maintained her professional and was very upbeat considering the situation. She also made a killer mocha and caramel macchiato! Shame on the manager of this Starbucks location for having only one employee here on a Saturday morning!! Kudos again to Ellie!“

“Everything was great, especially the service but I don’t know why my drink I get from this location tastes different and not in a good way, it’s the white chocolate mocha hot, I don’t know just doesn’t taste as good here and I’m ordering it the same as I do at other places and ordered few different times not sure why this would be but overall good!“

“Even though I do not live near this Starbucks location, it is the only Starbucks I do go to. Every single time my order comes out perfect.. it has never mattered what day or time I go. Every single employee has always been nice and helpful. Regarding how busy it gets. Every one deserves a high rating !!“
