“I recently visited Copper Coffee in the Hillsboro area, and honestly, it was such a wonderful experience! The espresso was absolutely amazing—one of the best coffees I’ve had in a long time. ☕👏
The customer service was also outstanding. The staff were welcoming, kind, professional, and genuinely friendly. You can really feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in.
The atmosphere and vibes are awesome—comfortable, peaceful, and a great place to enjoy a really good cup of coffee.

“We stopped into the Tous les Hours Bakery to see what it was all about. We loved the set up they provided. You are set up with a fresh pair of clean tongs and go down an isle of glassed shelves filled with sweet baked confections on one side and savory on the other side, and pick out what you would like yourself. I thought this was so clever...it was nice to have the luxury of really looking at each offering to take it all in before making a decision. The atmosphere was pleasant, nothing super special, but comfortable with a good bit of seating available. In regards to our sweet treats... it's a bit of a mixed bag. We had some round little donut like holes sprinkled with cinnamon. I'll bet when they are super freshly made they are delicious, but were not good enough to finish or take home. The dough was a little tough and ordinary, not anything special. Hubby had a Bavarian creme donut, and he said it wasn't any better than you would get from any grocery store. However, the sweet treat I chose for the main attraction was incredible! It was a pistachio cream croissant that was half dipped in chocolate and wow, was it fantastic! I had wished the whole thing was dipped like that, because the chocolate was deep and dark with a hint of salt, and just wonderful in every way. Is this a place I would go back to again, maybe not, because we live far away, and might not be in vicinity again, but if I lived close by I definitely would visit again. I was sorry that we had just had lunch before we went in, because the savory food looked wonderful. And though our visit was a mixed bag, I think that there are some real winners in what they have to offer, it might just take wading through some disappointments in finding them.“

My husband and I each got the 911; I got mine blended with a little extra chocolate and he had his hot with a little extra caramel. I was driving, and I'm not exaggerating when I say I had to pull over and just sip for a while.

The service was great, and the staff genuinely seemed to be having a good time at work. Listening to their banter (and participating just a little) put a much-needed smile on my face.

You may wonder why I gave a drive-thru only place five stars for atmosphere, but that little kiosk is packed with personality! The menu items and the seasonal specials have cute or quirky or just plain fun names, everything is very colorful, their collectible stickers are in full display, and they play upbeat, happy music. It is no trouble at all to wait for my handcrafted num-nums.“

I added my quick video where I oured the creamy cortado over plenty of ice, with some raw sugar to sweeten it a little. I sat outside while I enjoyed my iced cortado that I really enjoyed.“
