Absolutely fabulous customer service from Ellie! This poor girl was there alone with a line that wouldn't quit. She maintained her professional and was very upbeat considering the situation. She also made a killer mocha and caramel macchiato! Shame on the manager of this Starbucks location for having only one employee here on a Saturday morning!! Kudos again to Ellie!

I must declare this is a very good Starbucks. I don't drive on 185th for some reason and this Starbucks has become my go to. I got some very nice drinks here and I must say they are really delightful. I get drinks whether they are hot or cold here without any issues. It's really cool, whatever you want they got here.
