“If there's a Starbucks to stop at it's this one! The sense of community you feel from the staff was outstanding. Everyone was so kind and went out of their way to make me a drink I was nervous about ordering on top of my regular order free of charge. Seriously so genuine and sweet it made my day!“
“This was the highlight of our trip back home (October 4-7). Each morning shortly after opening we showed up here for Coffee Mocha, the gal (2) who opened each morning, at 5:30, one who took our order, and one who served were both so kind and gracious. This was a very stressful trip for us with my father's illness, traveling, we were not able to make our own fresh ground, french press at home so we stopped in here where we were able to slowly wake up and watch the locals come and go. We stayed in a Hotel nearby, and were able to walk in, weather beautiful, no rain. I was born in Corvallis, this used to be Penny's, or adjoining, bought all my 501's here, across the street is the Whiteside Theater where one could enjoy many a feature, and across from that was Frederick & Nelson where one could buy high-end clothing and houseware, neighborhood of charmed memories. The experience each day for 4 mornings helped us through our days and will remain the highlight of our trip! (As for our clothing? Yes, I do work for Polo Ralph Lauren at Santa Fe) Thank you Starbucks, you rule!“
“Had the best experience with my friend when we went here. The worker was so kind and made conversation with us. He asked if the drinks were to our liking and made sure we enjoyed them. Best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had, I believe his name was Joel. Overall great service and made my friend and I’s day.“
“Great store, very friendly staff. I love it when they take me to what I am looking for vs just pointing. The place was packed with all the new students buying stuff to set up Their dorms. The store was ready and had everything my son needed. Plenty of staff to get us in and out fast“
“I had the pleasure of going in to place a coffee on 6/9/23 at about 8:30 AM . They were very busy yet all very pleasant. Harper took my order and was extremely pleasant . “Went to the Starbucks downtown Corvallis to pick up customer order it was poorly put together in the back which it leaked all over when I got to customers home. I went to the closer Starbucks to get order due to the other Starbucks posing a rotten disposition when I explained that it had dumped everywhere. They weren’t willing to offer assistance at first. The two ladies who helped me this morning were quick, thorough, professional and empathetic about the circumstances I was experiencing! The 3rd St Starbucks is not good or needs to get better help who addresses situations in an appropriate manner and doesn’t act out or appear irritable with the customer.“
