Carl's Jr in Salem

“This was the cleanest Carl's JR I've ever been at. The staff was short handed but was ran very efficiently. The manager or shift lead was running both the drive through and the counter, she was very efficient. I just wished she was a nicer and smiled. I can understand she was busy and maybe tired, however, the face to face interaction is very important as I already had to wait for her to finish taking 3 separate drive through orders before she took mine.“

“I rarely eat fast food so I didn't expect much from ordering a chicken sandwich besides not feeling hungry. I was surprised at how hot everything was, the chicken sandwich was juicy and not all dried out. The waffle fries were hot and crispy and hit the spot. The customer service was great! I appreciate walking into a place and being greeted and not just listening to the workers chattering away.“

“No matter who is working drive-thru, the staff is always so friendly with friendly voices. Food is always hot and quick and tastes good. I was bummed though when I went to this location on 10/26/24 and got a soda. The soda tasted flat so I asked the worker if I could get something else. He happily offered but that drink was flat too. You could tell even by the color and lack of carbonation in the sodas. He said the CO2 might be low/bad but there was nothing they could do for me. So I was bummed that I paid money for something I couldn't enjoy.“

“My family of four just had a wonderful example of exemplary customer service from Fabiola. She helped us at the drive-thru and had the most cheerful smile. Our order took a few extra minutes so we had to wait in the parking lot (at least it came out hot) and Fabiola brought it out to us still smiling. Our order was perfect.“
