“Carl's Jr. is a pretty good choice in the fast food arena. The food is savory, the portions are good and there are plenty of locations. But my review is centered around this South Hillsboro store. It's convenient to my home, and close to Freddy's if I have shopping to do. Also, it never seems to be real busy and the drive-though is quick. In fact, I recently leaned to use the app, which gives you access to extra deals and savings. But on this day, I goofed up using the app, and didn't properly claim my deal. So I went inside and expained my issue and the manager on duty, Violetta, made it right. Further, she gave me some pointers and said if I'm ever not sure what to do just come on in and they'll help me to use the app. And it's precisely that kind of friendly, personal service which will keep me coming back.“

“Came here after midnight and having not eaten all day. Crystal took our order and had a great personality. Once I pulled up she told me how I could scan my receipt to get points on the Carls Jr app. She also already had the sauce I asked about in the bag! She was very friendly, polite, and I feel went above and beyond what I’m used to at a fast food restaurant. As for the food, it was fresh and delicious. I will definitely go out of my way to come to this location from now on.“
