“My stars are based on comparisons to other fast-food restaurants because how can anyone give a fast-food restaurant 5 stars?! I don't normally eat fast-food, but I was traveling and didn't have time to go to a nice restaurant. I saw a sign that said 100% Angus beef so I decided to try it. It was actually good - absolutely no gristle. I didn't like the sauce so I added mayo and ketchup from packets. The service was outstanding. My server was friendly and eager to make everything just right. She gave me a couple freebies, too. (I was the only customer!) She added a shot of their fresh triple berry syrup to my Dr. Pepper - delicious. The restroom was clean.“

Also very clean restrooms/clean restaurant overall and great burgers. I forgot how great Carls Jr. was until I stopped in recently for lunch.“
