“Been going here for years. I wish Carl's Jr's prices were cheaper. I miss the days of one dollar Spicey Chicken Sandwiches and Big Burgers. A bit of change in your pocket could get ya lunch. It was so cheap to live in the 2000s and early 2010s.“

“Gloria was so incredibly kind and helpful and courteous. Carl’s Jr. is lucky to have her. She was patient and went out of her way to help me with a complex order. I would definitely come back here just because the staff is so nice.“

“I'm special needs and I was having trouble with the app and David stepped up to the plate and helped me get my free burger he helped my anxiety go down and I felt comfortable around him while he was helping me very nice young man. Will be back soon great service!“

“I'm really disappointed with Rudy the Manager at this location. I came to use my reward for the 25% milkshake which is good from 2pm - 5pm. I arrived at 2pm exactly. I made my order and scanned my QR code for the discount. When I noticed my charge on the screen, which already went through the total charge was still the regular price. They told me that the register was still showing 1:55pm and that they couldn't honor the discount. I told him it's 2pm already and that it's doesn't specify on the app that it has to show 2pm on their registers. I told him I wanted a refund, he argued with me and almost told me he can't refund me. I told Rudy that it's very misleading. As a Manager, he could've just refunded me and recharged me again for another milkshake with the discount since it's 2pm. He tried to tell me he couldn't refund but I stood my ground. He eventually gave me my refund. I will never patronize this location ever. Screw Carl's Jr and their stupid app. 🙄“

“This is the cleanest fast food restaurant on 82nd I've seen. Bathrooms are very clean, including parking lot. A lot of homeless people hang around out side due to the bus stop being right on the side walk near the building but had no issues with them. The service has been the fastest I've seen in a while less then 5 minutes after Ordering. Even when asked to site out front to wait for meal. Great place love their Oreo large shakes they have now they really hook it up. And the plus side is the drive thru is open 24 hours witch is great for that late night munchies.“

“We have only had good experiences here. Staff is friendly and food is hot. The dining area and restrooms are clean. A bit pricy but worth it for an occasional treat. I wish they would pick the music they are playing instead of having loud music in the back and another complet different music in the lobby very confusing and overwhelming“
