Came out nice and hot and tasty and everything's cool with Jack. Even though if he didn't pop out of the box to greet me I still enjoyed myself“
“Normally when I order from here, the food is absolutely excellent, fresh, and pretty damn good.
However, I ordered 8/4 around 8:25pm and their quality tarnished quite a bit. My DBL bonus jack combo was very mediocre, fries were cold and a bit stale, and the burger itself was supposed to be a double but it looked like a single. And the cheesecake I ordered was missing entirely. The one time I order at night the quality of the food goes down significantly.“
“Food was as you would expect. Staff were kind. Lobby is set to a blizzardly temperature. Unfortunately due to the location it is a bit creepy. 100% no fault to the establishment. Walgreens has to play creepy organ music to prevent loitering, and jitb has time limit signs in the lobby. My suspicion says that the temp is also set too low for a reason. Sad times for sunnyveiw Rd.“
“I recently visited this location after the location in my town had made a mistake on my order. David the manager stepped in from this location in Keizer(30mins away from my town) to help resolve the issue. I appreciate his communication and support with handling everything!“
“I got the 3-piece Chicken strip. The quality far exceeded my expectations for a fast food item. Crisp, tender and better than many restaurant chicken tenders.
Unfortunately, their new machines can't process gift card payments so until that changes I likely won't go back.
But I was very happy with the food and service.“
