“I had such a great experience at Jack in the Box, and I especially want to recognize Kaster Sanoman for being absolutely amazing! He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure we were taken care of. His positive attitude and great customer service really stood out.

“I love this particular Jack in the box because the people there working are so sweet and kind the only thing it was a little bit disturbing was that there was ants by the soda machine other than that my food was cooked perfect everybody was smiling and happy and it was given to me very quickly blessings to all of you who cook my dinner“

“Junior went above and beyond and provided very polite, professional, and quick service all while their drive through was swamped with traffic! I drive for door dash and usually hate waiting at stores but junior definitely made sure all of us in the drive through tonight were taken care of promptly!“

“I had a larger order and had only received half of it, I had gotten home before I realized but drove back and just talked to the young man working and they took care of me right away. So kind and helpful. 9/20 pm shift. Even if it’s a mistake they take really good care of you. Great customer service.
I wish I had gotten the name of the employee! I truly appreciated his kindness!“
