“Food is fine, good for fast food. I cannot give the staff enough kudos, it seems like every time I go later in the evening, the whole store is run by only two haggard-but-somehow-still-friendly people rocking it as best they can. I hope y'all can get some more support from higher up 🤘“

“So sad their vanilla boba shake is gone, it's what's brought me back to try Jack N The Box again after almost forgetting about it although! I bought other food since I was there already but the shake is what brought me back is so killer, all of their shakes are great and great price compared to other fast food joints. Theirs are basically all thick grey quality ice cream so it's a really great deal. They are even better than Carls Jr's shakes! And way better priced as well. Not to mention they have a really cool menu with a bunch of unique items unlike most other fast food places which all seem to be carbon copies of one another. Again, the prices are GREAT! The quality of their food is just as good as their shakes, far better than the competition far more diverse menu offerings and by far better prices overall. Glad I came back!“

“I normally stop at this Jack in the Box at night time and every time I've been through there they're super nice my order is correct and food is nice and hot and exactly how I wanted it. Even when there was a long line they worked pretty quick“

“Came on early for breakfast. The gentleman at the register was warm and friendly, and did a fantastic job of creating a welcoming experience. The breakfast sandwich I ordered looked just like the picture and was perfect. Tasted amazing! Great attention to detail. The morning staff are wonderfully on-the-ball. Thank you!“

“After reading the dumpster fire of comments, I just had to try this fast food.

I was the only customer in the place when I stopped last night. The place was clean, the service was good, the food was only warm, but that is the only issue.

It tasted just like the rest of the Jack in the Box restaurants.

They even took my order and didn't force me to use a self serve kiosk like the taco bell.“

“I love this place. The folks working are always super nice, the quality is always fresh and hot and unique menu items. Like their vanilla boba shake that I am super sad to see go. That's what brought me back to this place that I hadn't had in years and almost forgot about altogether. I don't eat fast food often but I like this joint a lot! Great prices and great diversity in their menu items. Just some advice, their intercom isn't the best and they have a hard time to hear you so speak up louder then you normally do to make it a smooth ordering experience, otherwise they will just have you pull forward to order no biggie! Again I want to shout out the employees working there. They all have been super kind and super quick. Love this place!“

“I've noticed a steady improvement at this location. The staff are friendly, but it's definitely a skeleton crew and they're stressed out. Regardless, I still get friendly service here with a smile.

My food is standard fare for fast food, no complaints, nothing remarkable. I'm just glad to have a decent option with my weird work schedule.“

It's just your run of the mill jack in the box, but I'm happy to say the service is great. It's hard to find decent service in downtown portland so i really appreciate it. The ladies there are prompt and friendly and I've had no issues in my couple of trips over there. Thanks and keep it up.“
