Jack in the Box in Portland

“Omg! I got the $5.99 double cheeseburger meal and 2 for $2.00 tacos and it was the best deal ever. I normally don't go to Jack in Box because of past experiences and the price but let me tell you this experience today was amazing. I'll be definitely going back and hope this deal stays for awhile. I'm so full and a happy guy rightnow 😊👍 btw, The order taker and window guy who assisted me today was amazing. You can tell he really loves his job. His customer service skills was top notch and hands down. I didn't get his name but he has a tattoo on his neck. He definitely deserves a shout out! 👏“

“Food is fine, good for fast food. I cannot give the staff enough kudos, it seems like every time I go later in the evening, the whole store is run by only two haggard-but-somehow-still-friendly people rocking it as best they can. I hope y'all can get some more support from higher up 🤘“

“I normally stop at this Jack in the Box at night time and every time I've been through there they're super nice my order is correct and food is nice and hot and exactly how I wanted it. Even when there was a long line they worked pretty quick“

“There is a gentleman that works there late/over night shift and he is amazing. Some nights he’s there by himself (or so it seems) and he’s always friendly, smiling, and the food is fantastic. Some nights, there is a lady there. I always hope he’s working.“

“This Jack in the Box in Portland, Oregon is honestly one of the best I’ve ever been to. The food was fresh and delicious — you can tell they really take their time with the burgers. The customer service was outstanding. Reyes, the manager, deserves special recognition for being incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. The whole team treated everyone with respect and made the experience even better. If you want great food and amazing service, I highly recommend this location!“

“Great service at this location. Order was taken quickly and to my request as well. Order came out quickly and tacos were on point. Hit and fresh, not soggy or anything. The curly fries were good. I wish the ranch was cold. It's so much better with the curly fries when you have it nice n cold. The ultimate cheese burger was good too. Dining room was spotless and nice looking too. There are a few outdoor tables here as well.“

“I've noticed a steady improvement at this location. The staff are friendly, but it's definitely a skeleton crew and they're stressed out. Regardless, I still get friendly service here with a smile.

My food is standard fare for fast food, no complaints, nothing remarkable. I'm just glad to have a decent option with my weird work schedule.“

“The younger guy who works drive thru during graveyard is amazing he's super social and always has a smile.and if something isn't right he has no issue fixing it like a lot of other employees here do.... customer service is just that customer service. They need a course on this subject I feel.like. besides him he rocks!“
