Lady at drive through is really nice and makes sure item is fresh (well as fresh as fast food can be...)
I went through drive thru a little after 5am and got a 3 piece french toast stick and an iced mocha. I got to work and there is a hashbrown with a syrup in the bag. And the mocha tasted kind of sour.

Jack In The Box is a decent restaurant that serves a variety of food, including their new Smash Burger. The fries and shakes are also notable, with the latter being thicker than McDonald's, though some milkshakes have been very poor. The customer service is friendly, particularly at the drive-thru, where a particular staff member stands out. There is an older lady who is always really nice and super sweet. However, sometimes there are some not so nice people that work the inside. Overall, it is a reliable option for a quick bite, with a pleasant drive-thru experience and food that is fine and good for fast food.
